UX Designer
Conduct research to inform design and development of user-friendly websites.
About the role
How does working in a creative environment with other like minded individuals who inspire each other and work with a wide range of clients sound? Too good to be true, right? Wrong!
The perfect addition will champion for the user as they conduct research to inform the design process and develop aesthetically pleasing, easy to use websites for a variety of clients. With videographers, strategists, brand designers, animators and developers, there’s really no limit to what can be achieved.
You’ll need to…
- Show us a portfolio of previously designed websites
- Strong understanding and evidence of UX research methods such as;
- UX audits
- Competitor analysis
- Usability testing
- Sitemaps etc
- Analyse data and feedback to make informed design decisions
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Understanding of responsive design principles to ensure consistency across different devices
- Communicate research findings and design deliverables effectively to key stakeholders directly
- Work as an integral part of the team and managing the UX Research and UI Design phases from start to finish
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are brought to life through the development cycle
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI
It would also be great if…
- You are able to travel to various locations (including abroad)
- You are able to design other material such as social media graphics, print etc
- You have experience with design systems
