I began experimenting with Generative AI in early 2024 after a course with Curious Refuge, the team behind the viral Wes Anderson trailers. At first the results were glitchy, extra fingers, distorted faces and I wasn’t sure it would stick. But the pace of improvement was incredible, with models getting sharper every week.

A year on, AI video is exploding. Models now produce footage almost indistinguishable from cinema, and the whole industry is taking notice.
