Financial institutions are changing how they do business, embracing technology and new member services, Wellington IT are aiming to grow their Credit Union and remain competitive against other financial services rivals.
Web
The previous Wellington IT website failed to effectively convey its products and lacked a personal connection. Establishing trust is paramount when managing finances and therefore a new website had to relate to the target audience. Following our UX Research process, we conducted a UX Audit, analysed Google Analytics and delved into Competitor Analysis. The most influential part of this project was conducting customer interviews to pinpoint their website desires.
This comprehensive approach resulted in a streamlined website with a burst of personality. We introduced design elements to reinforce the brand, broadened the colour palette to differentiate their products and incorporated a variety of visuals, ranging from diagrams to icons and illustrations, to aid content understanding.
Photo & Video
As the website approached its final stages of development, we captured photographs to populate the site with first hand visuals of the dynamic team and office space. This included professional headshots for each member of our management team, fostering transparency and building trust with their clients. Additionally, we crafted a compelling company video encapsulating the essence of Wellington IT’s mission and products, welcoming prospective customers to join.
For two consecutive years, we had the privilege of supporting Wellington IT’s cuEngage event – the premier gathering for forward-thinking Credit Union leaders, innovators, and decision-makers. From keynote speeches to interactive sessions, our team worked closely with organisers to ensure every important moment was professionally documented.
