Transforming Texam’s Digital Presence
Texam approached us with a challenge: their digital presence was outdated, unintuitive and didn’t convey their industry expertise. They needed a full makeover – a modern website, compelling visuals and fresh marketing materials to match their reputation.
UX Audit
We kicked things off with in-depth consultations, diving into Texam’s brand identity, pain points, and goals.
Gathering insights from our comprehensive Competitor Analysis and UX Audit, we designed a more streamlined website, prioritising accessibility, clear product organisation, and a more user-friendly journey. To make it easier for potential customers to connect with Texam, we focussed on enhancing lead generation by implementing clear call-to-actions and optimising contact forms.
Our Film & Photo team got to work delivering photos and videos of Texam’s products and services, and crucially, the human faces behind their success. We created a compelling Brand Story video, along with individual Products & Services videos to increase brand awareness across all digital platforms. To enhance the new product pages on the website, these videos were repurposed into short, looping header videos, which paired nicely with the new animated elements in the website redesign.
