DHD is a growing agency working with brands across the globe. We offer services such as brand identity design, web design & development, social media strategy, videography and photography as well as animation and graphic design.
Our family of clients has steadily increased over the last few years and we’re on the lookout for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised person to manage ongoing and new projects who loves building relationships with their clients.
As a Project Manager at DHD, you will get the opportunity to manage a variety of exciting projects, working alongside Steven, our Client Relationship Manager who is the liaison between our growing range of clients and our incredibly talented DHD team.
You’ll need to direct and support existing team members delivering projects within agreed timescales and budgets. Your communication skills need to be top-drawer as you will be responsible for understanding the scope of a project, identifying any possible hurdles and communicate this in a clear, honest and transparent way that everyone involved understands.
DHD is all about honesty, integrity and delivering projects to an incredibly high standard. You’ll be working with the existing team on the development of existing (and new) strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness on project delivery.
Position: Project Manager
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Employment: Full or Part time
Location: NI Based / WFH / 1 day in Belfast

What you need to have / be
- At least 2 years previous Project Management experience at an agency
- Understanding of industry standard processes
- Evidence of managing and delivering projects whilst working to budgets and deadlines
- Experience using project management tools
- Experience of managing multiple projects at one time
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
It would be great if you…
- Have experience liaising with team leaders and key project teams
- Can demonstrate you have managed different clients & sectors from around the world
- Have written proposals & tenders
- Have previous experience pricing jobs in this industry
- Are confident in pitching and presentation skills
- Have experience liaising with the finance team on invoicing/due dates etc
- Have the ability to build long term relationships with clients
- Can identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell based on a clients requirements
